Services Offered
Yoga
Yoga offers a holistic approach to physical, mental, and emotional well-being, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and mindfulness. It enhances overall physical health & vitality. Yoga is a safe place for self exploration, self acceptance, and inner peace. It helps develop self-confidence and self-esteem. Our classes are designed specifically for teens & young adults.
Mental Health
Our mental health treatments take a holistic approach encompassing mind, body and spirit. We address topics such as mindfulness, self-care practices, healthy boundaries, communication skills, emotional regulation, and focus techniques. We understand that youth are resistant to traditional therapy therefore, we strive to make all treatments, fun, creative and engaging.
Social Skills
Social Skills are essential for building and maintaining relationships. They enable conflict resolution, and collaboration with others. Technology has changed how our youth socialize and it is our mission to educate on how to socialize and practice these necessary skills for a successful life. We offer DBT classes and group therapy for teens and young adults.
Meditation
Mediation can help youth manage stress, improve focus, and enhance emotional regulation. It can also boost mental clarity, resilience, and overall well-being. Our mediation classes incorporate ancient and modern techniques to promote self-awareness that are simple and easy to use. We welcome all spiritual and religious traditions and empahasize inclusiveness.
Breath Work
Breathwork practices promote relaxation, reduce anxiety, and depression. These classes help individuals explore the connection between emotions and breath, helping them develop coping strategies for stressful challenges. They will learn how to calm the mind and body by specific breath work techniques.
Sound Healing
Sound healing involves the use of sound vibrations to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and restore balance in the mind and body. The soothing sounds of instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, and tuning forks resonate with the body energy centers and facilitate healing. These sessions can help release tension and create a sense of harmony and well-being.

Beth Shaw is the CEO of YogaFit Inc, an international yoga teacher training company that has taught over 250,000 students for the past 26 years. She is the founder of The Center of Conscious Healing and dedicated to empower, uplift and educate our youth to health & happiness. She also has a podcast called "Make America Healthy" that lives wherever podcasts live.
